CP3/2012 sets out guidelines for consultations concerning investments in non-aeronautical activities at Dublin airport. This is the third Commission paper on the topic of the regulatory till, and builds on the feedback received to CP1/2012 and CP4/2010. The guidelines allow the DAA in some instances to undertake commercial projects at its own risk outside the regulatory till when there is no user support for these projects.
