Current Consultations

The Commission is consulting on three high level proposals to increase our focus on the needs of passengers when we make regulatory decisions about Dublin Airport. Alongside our consultation paper, we are also publishing a separate report which sets out the detailed findings of relevant research. The Commission seeks the views of interested parties to by 5pm, Monday,  16 October 2017.


The Commissions seeks views of interested parties on possible reforms to the travel trade licensing and bonding regime.  We have published a consultation paper and alongside this a detailed report. The consultation document proposes a number of possible changes which aim to ensure that the arrangements in place continue to provide financial protection to consumers should their travel agent or tour operator be unable to fulfil their obligations under contract. The Commission seeks the views of interested parties to by 5pm, Friday, 29 September 2017.


The Commission has published a Consultation on KPIs for the Travel Trade Licensing section of the Commission for Aviation Regulation. The document is available here. We invite responses no later than 5pm on Friday 15 September 2017.
