Q3 2013 Quality of Service Monitoring

The Commission published its Quality of Service reports for the third quarter of 2013 using information provided by the DAA and the IAA.

The first report summarises the results for the quality of service schemes for aeronautical services at Dublin Airport, with new data reported for security queue times, baggage handling facilities, as well as passenger survey results. There were no breaches of service quality. The second report provides an update on the quality of service scheme for the IAA. There was no breach of service quality
