Q2 Quality of Service Monitoring

The Commission has prepared two Quality of Service reports for the second quarter of 2012 using information recently provided by the DAA and the IAA. The Quality of Service Report for Dublin Airport uses information provided by the DAA for the period April to June 2012. The Quality of Service Report for Terminal Services at Cork, Dublin and Shannon Airports uses data on ATFM delays provided by the IAA for the same period.
