Customers who purchased overseas travel from the company during the period in which it held a licence will be contacted directly by the Travel Agent to update them on the status of their booking.  Customers who wish to claim refunds for any money that had not been passed on to the suppliers may do so from the Commission for Aviation Regulation.    Click here for claim form
