Air Passenger Rights
The Commission for Aviation Regulation ordinarily endeavours to respond to all complaints within two weeks of receipt. However we are currently unable to respect this timeframe due to the large volume of correspondence received in recent weeks and months.
To ensure that all complaints are dealt with equitably, correspondence is being processed on a date-of-receipt basis. We are currently responding to complaints received at the end of May/ beginning of June 2010.
