The Commission received applications from Cork and Dublin Airports for approval of proposed fees for CUPPS (Common User Passenger Processing System) equipment. The Commission invites submissions from interested parties on these applications.

ATI Fee Approval (DUB) – Baggage Hall Desks

The Commission has assessed Dublin Airport’s application for access to installation (ATI) fee approval for baggage hall desks. The Commission has found the fee is relevant, objective, transparent and non-discriminatory. The fee of €4,635 per linear metre has been approved.

May 2016 licences for Travel Agents and Tour Operators

The Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) today publishes CN1 of 2016, detailing key dates and vital information for those travel agents and tour operators whose licences expire on 30 April 2016.

Decision on Conducting an Interim Review

(22 Dec 2015)

In 2016 the Commission will conduct a review of the runway trigger as stated in the 2014 Determination. The Commission has also come to the conclusion that there are no substantial grounds to conduct a review of the k factor as requested by Dublin Airport.
