The Commission published a Direction it received from the Minister for Transport under Section 10 of the Aviation Regulation Act 2001. It has also published for comment a report on operating expenditure. A Commission Notice CN/2 2009 also published today sets the context for the operating expenditure report and how parties may comment on it
