All customers of Delta Travel Limited with forward bookings should, by now, have received written communication outlining the options open to them.

Supporting information

Customers who have current bookings should contact the relevant airline, ferry company or travel provider to establish the status of their booking and make alternative arrangements if necessary.

Customers wishing to continue their travel arrangements with another entity should find out in advance any changes to their original booking (including any additional costs that apply) then authorise that new entity, in writing, to take over the booking on their behalf.

Any customers who purchased overseas travel from the company during the period in which it held a licence and who wish to claim refunds for any money that has not been passed on to the suppliers may do so from the Commission for Aviation Regulation. Download claim form here
