Complaints relating to airports outside of Ireland should be directed to the enforcement body of the country where the airport is situated. For a full list of the other enforcement bodies in Europe please click here: EU/EEA Enforcement Bodies
Complaints relating to air carriers not licensed in Ireland should be directed to the enforcement body of the country where the licence issued (see above).
If your complaint relates to an event which took place outside of Ireland or on a non-Irish air carrier but it would be more convenient to file it with this office, we will pass same onto the relevant authority on your behalf.
When submitting your complaint to this office we would be obliged if you could complete the Persons with Reduced Mobility Complaint Form. Please also include copies of your correspondence with the air carrier or the airport and any other relevant information.
Complaints may be sent in writing, in braille or by audio tape. Copies of the Regulation and the Complaint Form are also available in braille.
