The Commission for Aviation Regulation today published its draft Determination 2010 - 2014. The purpose of the document is to set out a draft airport charges cap for the period 2010-2014 and to outline the reasoning behind the proposal. Parties are invited to comment on the Commission's proposals by 7 August.
