The Commission for Aviation Regulation today published Commission Notice 1 of 2009 ("CN1/ 2009"). This notice sets out the Commissions views on the €0.33 charge currently levied at Dublin airport for the purpose of funding the provision of assistance to persons with reduced mobility.
